CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your pet.

Golden Prime Pet Dental requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a $60 cancellation fee.

As a mobile service, we carefully organize our schedule and travel routes in advance based on confirmed appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows leave a reserved appointment time that we are often unable to offer to another client.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur; however, this policy allows us to respect the time reserved for each client and continue providing reliable service to all of our customers.
